The skull is a 3-part life-sized model with no external hardware. It features a removable calvarium and moveable jaw. It comes with a beautiful brain model that sits nicely inside the skull, and can also be removed and dissected into 8 different sections. The brain comes apart into the following pieces: Frontal and parietal lobes (2 parts), temporal and occipital lobes (2 parts), brain stem (2 parts), and cerebellum (2 parts). It is numbered to show 32 different anatomical features, and comes with a detailed product manual. Both the brain and skull are held together with magnets and small pegs.
